Eligibility

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, with a valid National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) at the beginning of the Contest Period.

2. The following groups of persons who shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest: Employees of the Organiser, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, advertising and Marketing agencies, sponsors, and their immediate families. 

3. To participate in this Contest, participants are required to purchase a Honda Motorcycle within the following list of models, with the valid vehicle registration card purchase date must be between 1 February 2023 to 31 March 2023.

5. Only One [1] entry entitled for each valid number plate.

6. Only first owner of the registered vehicle only.

7. Participants must fulfil the contest requirements.

8. The Organiser holds the right to choose the winner. 

Contest Mechanism & Submission of Entries 

Participant(s) must fulfil all the requirements of the Contest mechanics. 

1. Buy a Honda Motorcycle with valid registration card 

1. Take the most creative photo with your new purchased Honda Bike and upload to your social media page (IG/FB) (Make sure to set your post public)

2. In the post caption, hashtag #BuyHondaWinKawKaw and tag @Honda Motorcycle Malaysia

3. Submit google form with the following details

1. Full Name as per NIRC 

2. NIRC No

3. Contact Number

4. Correspondence Address

5. Vehicle number plate

6. IG/FB Post link

Winners & Prizes

Contest Winners: Total of One Thousand [1,000] winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the Organiser for this contest. Five hundred [500] winners will be announced in each round, a total of 2 rounds of winner announcement.

The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not exchangeable or sold for cash, credit, other items or vouchers in part or in full and are non-transferable to any other person. 

Winner announcement date for monthly Prizes Winners is as follows: 

● Round 1 : 13 March 2023 – 500 winners

● Round 2 : 17 April 2023 – 500 winners

The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Eligible Winners 

The eligibility to win the Contest is on the condition that Eligible Participants fully comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated herein. 

Incomplete entries and/or the failure to fulfil all or any of the Terms and Conditions will automatically disqualify the Eligible Participants from the Contest without prior notice. 

The Organiser’s decision on all matters (including the selection of winners) relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. 

Prizes Redemption 

The winner is required to revert to the Organiser within 7 days upon the winners announcement on the Organiser’s FB page. If the winner does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. 

All communication will be served through Organiser’s Facebook page and Instagram account (Honda Motorcycle Malaysia) ONLY. 

All prizes cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash. 

First prize and second prize winners will be contacted to attend a short Prize presentation ceremony where Prizes will be presented to him/her within 90 Days after the contest ends.

Consolation Prizes will be sent to the Winner via a designated Courier company within 90 Days after the contest ends.

Participants are required to keep their vehicle registration card for future validation. Failing which to present their receipt, participants who have been selected as winners, may be denied from redeeming their prizes. 

The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full. 

The Organizer will not be liable if any prize fails to reach you or if you cannot take it for reasons beyond the Organizer ’s control, or if the Organizer is unable to contact you, including due to your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information. 

Liability & Responsibility 

Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/ or utilisation of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever. 

Technical Requirement 

The Organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in submitting link/photo/image of the entry due to inability of the respective telecommunication service providers to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services. 

Other Terms & Conditions 

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser: 

1. All submitted entries will become the property of the Organiser, which subsequently reserves the right to publish the names and videos of winners for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or notice. 

2. All entries submitted must be original and shall not breach any intellectual property rights belonging to any party. The participants shall not pose, distribute, reproduce or submit in any way whatsoever, any materials containing any other party’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, or other proprietary information owned by another party without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such intellectual property rights or proprietary information. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted in a way that constitutes an intellectual property infringement, please contact the Organiser. 

3. The participants acknowledge that the Organiser is authorized to process the personal data provided to this Contest in accordance with its privacy policy. The participant’s personal data will not be used or disclosed other than for the purposes set out herein. 

4. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser. Data Protection – Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (‘PDPA’) By participating in the Contest, the Participants consent for the Organiser including other members of the Organiser’s group and the Organiser’s service providers who provide administrative and business support to the Organiser and act on the Organiser’s behalf [“Authorised Third Parties”] [Collectively “the Organiser”] to process the Participants’ personal information provided in the entry submission for purposes of the Contest. This includes disclosing the Participants’ name to the general public when the Participants become a winner in the contest by publishing the Participants’ names, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. The participant’s personal data will not be used or disclosed other than for the purposes set out herein.
